Auto Parts Delivery Across Uzbekistan

On TezDetal the shop itself arranges delivery: you place the order, the shop prepares the part, a courier brings it to your address. The delivery price is not an estimate — it is calculated from the distance, and you see it before you confirm.

Updated:

How it works — four steps

Delivery is not ordered separately — it is part of the purchase. When you pick a product you give an address, and the price is calculated right there.

  • Pick the product — from the catalogue or via search. Each product shows the shop selling it.
  • Set the address — a point on the map. The distance to that point is what sets the price.
  • See the price and confirm — product price and delivery fee are shown separately. The total is their sum.
  • The courier brings it — the shop prepares and dispatches. Track it under My orders.

How the delivery price is calculated

The price is calculated by the server, not by the shop and not by the browser. That means the amount shown at checkout and the amount charged are always the same — they come from one function, not two separate places.

If the shop has no courier of its own, the tariff is:

Base fare
9 000 UZS
Per kilometre
1 800 UZS
Per minute on the road
400 UZS
Rounding
to 500 UZS
Minimum
9 000 UZS

Three cases where the price differs

So the figures on this page are a guide. The exact amount is always on the order confirmation screen, and you pay nothing without seeing it.

  • You pick it up yourself — delivery is 0 UZS. The shop address and opening hours are on its page.
  • The shop has its own courier — it sets its own price and distance is not counted. Some shops make it free, and then checkout shows 0.
  • High demand — in rain, snow or peak hours (08:00–10:00, 18:00–20:00) the courier fee rises. The multiplier never exceeds 3.5× and is already included in the price shown — nothing is added afterwards.

Who receives the delivery fee

The answer surprises most people: the whole delivery fee goes to the seller. The platform takes nothing from it.

The reason is simple: the seller pays the courier. The platform earns only an 8% commission on the product sold, and that sits inside the product price. Delivery is not part of that calculation at all.

So no party benefits from inflating the delivery fee. Details: Public offer.

Where we deliver

Coverage depends on the shop — each ships from its own location. The platform has shops across 13 regions of Uzbekistan, so the most reliable approach is to pick the closest one on the shop map.

A nearby shop solves two problems at once: delivery is cheaper (shorter distance) and it arrives sooner.

Payment and returns

  • By card — the money goes to the platform account and reaches the seller only after delivery. If the order is cancelled, it comes back to you.
  • Cash — handed to the courier. The order is still recorded on the platform.
  • Returns — 14 days, provided the part is unused and not installed. An installed part cannot be returned: fitting leaves marks on it. So check fitment first.
  • A faulty part is returnable regardless of the deadline — Return policy.

Frequently asked questions

How much does auto parts delivery cost?
If the shop has no courier of its own, the price is distance-based: 9 000 UZS base fare, plus 1 800 UZS per kilometre and 400 UZS for every minute on the road. The minimum is 9 000 UZS. Pickup is free. The exact amount is shown on the order confirmation screen.
Is delivery ever free?
In two cases: picking the part up from the shop yourself is always free; or the shop has its own courier and set the price to zero. You see this at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the shop and the distance, so the platform promises no fixed window. Within a city dispatch is usually same-day. You can ask the shop directly — every product page has a chat button.
Do you deliver to the regions?
Yes. The platform has shops in 13 regions and each covers its own area. The cheapest and fastest option is to choose a shop near you from the map.
Who sets the delivery price — the shop or the platform?
If the shop has its own courier, the shop sets it. Otherwise the server calculates it from the distance, and neither the shop nor the browser can change it.
Does the platform profit from delivery?
No. The delivery fee goes entirely to the seller, because the seller pays the courier. The platform earns only the 8% commission on the product, already included in the product price.
What if the delivered part does not fit?
An unused, uninstalled part can be returned within 14 days. The delivery fee is not refunded. An installed part cannot be returned — which is why fitment is checked before installation.
Can I pay the courier in cash?
Yes, cash payment is available. Paying by card protects you more: the money sits on the platform account and only reaches the seller after delivery.
