Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Platform — the https://tezdetal.uz website, mobile app and Telegram bot.
• Seller — an independent shop registered on the platform, selling goods in its own name.
• Buyer — an individual or company placing an order through the platform.
• Order — a buyer's request to purchase a specific item.

2. The platform's role

TezDetal is a marketplace. The platform DOES NOT SELL the goods itself and does not own them. The seller sells the goods; the platform provides the catalogue, payment handling and delivery arrangements.

The seller is responsible for quality, completeness, fitment and conformity with the description. The platform vets sellers and may suspend a shop for rule violations, but does not inspect every individual item.

The platform receives the buyer's payment as a payment agent and transfers it to the seller after the order is delivered.

3. Registration and accounts

An account is tied to a phone number. A one-time code is sent by SMS during registration. Sign-in via email or social networks is not supported.

The phone number is the account. Changing it requires a code sent to the new number.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site are final and quoted in Uzbek som (UZS). Delivery is calculated separately and shown at checkout.

Payment goes to the platform's account, not the seller's. This is required: if money does not pass through the platform, a cancelled order cannot be refunded.

For cash orders, payment is handed to the courier on delivery.

5. Orders and cancellation

Before the seller confirms an order, the buyer may cancel it free of charge. After confirmation, cancellation is agreed with the seller.

If a paid order is cancelled, the money is refunded in full — including delivery if delivery has not started.

A seller may cancel an order if the item is out of stock. The money is refunded in full.

6. Terms for sellers

Opening a shop, listing products and selling are free. There is no subscription, no pricing plan and no monthly fee.

The platform's only revenue is a 8% commission on each item sold. No sale, no fee.

Delivery cost is not subject to commission and passes to the seller in full.

Information posted by the seller (name, description, price, image) must be accurate. Using another product's image, listing an item that does not exist, or presenting a misleading price are grounds for suspending the shop.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Selling goods whose circulation is restricted by law.
• Registering in someone else's name or with false information.
• Technical interference with the platform, automated bulk requests.
• Encouraging payment outside the platform.
• Posting fake reviews or ratings.

8. Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary in disputes between seller and buyer and takes steps to distribute a held payment fairly.

The platform is not liable for indirect damages caused by technical failures, third-party service outages or force majeure.

9. Changes to these terms

The platform may amend these terms. A new version takes effect when published on this page. Users are notified separately about material changes.
